The ball is being dropped when managing credits and refunds. Not sure why they can't get it right, other clubs manage to process wallet top ups, refunds or winnings within 48 hours. This club is taking 2-3 weeks and you have to keep nagging them.

Good facility, a bit pricey. You will get discount if you are the member of Virgin active.

I've seen how other clubs nearby have fallen down this trap. Hire young staff that treat it as a fun and games, it becomes clichey and you lose customers. Also why are people vaping and smoking around the courts?
