Easily my favourite padel venue. Played 50+ matches on Playtomic now and the majority are at S3 Brent Cross. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. They’re always very responsive and flexible when it comes to amending court bookings / changing courts and do the best they can when it comes to player cancellations. Special shout out to Daniel who’s easily one of the most “attention to detail” people I’ve come across and all round good bloke. One of my first ever interactions with him was between matches when I needed an energy boost and I asked him which energy drinks had the most caffeine and he was able to list the exact mg of caffeine in each option, as well as his own personal recommendation. He’s clearly done his research to deliver the best possible customer service. Also big fan of Nour who interacted with me on my first time playing there and we felt like mates who have known each other for many years, Ali who’s an unbelievably good coach (which says a lot given how many years / coaches I went through during my tennis career) and given his youth will only get better over time and Jaro (for helping resolve a particularly painful player cancellation situation). Nathan is just overall a good guy. The courts themselves are very well constructed and of all the outdoor courts I’ve played on they seem to do the best job not draining the water so that you can play soon after heavy rain (recommend Dunlop Pro Padel / Bullpadel premium pro balls in this case). In relation to Hassan’s negative review, he’s clearly a troll/scammer who infiltrated three of my friend’s chats with totally ludicrous comments, pretending to be keen to participate in a match but really just wasting everyone’s time / trolling. I could write an essay about his behaviour but will keep it short and sweet: - His MO is to either request to join games and get rejected then kick up a fuss to bait people into attacking him or to just comment absolute nonsense upon joining a game (see screenshots) - He created a Playtomic group chat originally titled “Alex T loves stalking my games” which later was renamed something like “Brent boys social group” supposedly for Brent Cross players to get to know each other, despite having never played in S3 Brent Cross in his life (see screenshots) - He claims that people were joining the group chat by clicking into links he’s advertised on other chats and whilst he did unnecessarily spam other group chats initially claiming to be an official S3 group (also see screenshots), 95% of the group chat members were added by Hassan having never interacted with him before and Hassan then forced them into the chat against their own will by constantly adding them back in every time they tried to leave (see screenshots) - He regularly calls people by ludicrous nicknames as another way of baiting people into insulting comments to get them banned (see screenshots) - His image is clearly AI as he doesn’t want his true identity to be revealed I sincerely hope this is the last we see of him and his troll friends but thought it would be helpful context for people that read Hassan’s comment in isolation and formed a negative view of either S3 Brent Cross or Daniel

I had a great experience at this paddle club. The facilities were excellent, the courts were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was really welcoming and fun. It’s a great place whether you’re playing casually with friends or looking for a more competitive game. A special mention to Josh, who works there. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly. He took the time to help organise the games and made everyone feel comfortable and included. His positive attitude and great customer service really stood out and made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to play paddle in a great environment with an amazing team.

We had a really great intro + lesson with Jaro, going in as complete beginners. He put us totally at ease from the get go and was really warm and encouraging throughout. Jaro was happy to demonstrate things multiple times when needed and gave really clear instructions and helpful tips, helping me with my serve even after the lesson had finished. He made a potentially daunting experience really fun and enjoyable which has made us want to keep going with padel 🙏🏻
