Excellent indoor venue for padel with high quality and well-maintained courts! Prices are reasonable, parking is available and there are clean toilets, showers and changing rooms. Friendly atmosphere and a roof tall enough for those lobs during a game. Special shout out to Cameron the manager, Haroun and Alex who were welcoming, friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. Would definitely recommend!

Quite a great venue, with very nice courts. Had a great playing experience there. Only issues are the cost, incredibly expensive compared to other venues, and also have recently increased their membership costs to an insane amount. They use Playtomic, and frankly it's full of players who obcess with their rating, especially with 5.0 who's frankly aren't remotely close to that rating. But that's not specifically the venues fault, but they could do a better job at reinforcing honesty and stanfardising ratings.

N20 Padel has brilliant courts and a great vibe. The facilities are top-notch, and the community makes it a fun, social place to play. However, the club falls short in several key areas. Despite the £179 membership fee already feeling excessive — especially for younger players — the £30 per 90-minute court rate is simply unreasonable when compared to nearby venues offering identical facilities and services. It makes regular play unrealistic for most people. What’s worse, membership prices have increased despite little to no improvement in facilities over the past year. Members were charged for gym access long before it was actually available, and when it finally arrived, the result was disappointing. Meanwhile, features that used to be included — like guest passes and free socials/roll-ups — have been quietly removed, leaving members paying more for less. Customer service also needs work. Some of the male staff are polite at times, but often come across as cold or unapproachable. For a club charging premium rates, the service should feel consistently warm and welcoming. And then there’s the ball issue: losing a ball on the roof above the changing rooms and being told “nothing can be done” is frustrating — especially when a can costs £7.50. Either the roof should be adjusted so balls can roll down, or players should receive a replacement when this happens. When N20 Padel first opened, they were the only option around and could get away with these practices. But with new clubs opening nearby, they’ll need to listen to members, value their loyalty, and make meaningful changes — or risk losing their community altogether.
