2 outdoor padel courts, with black court surfaces. Good condition, nice atmosphere. The entrance to the Padel Social Club The 02 is between the main entrance of Mamma Mia and The Stargazer. Thank you Ashleigh Frost for the great service when 2 players couldn't come to our game. Toilet, and changing rooms are not available. Need to go to The O2's toilets.

Poor courts and worse customer service. We went a couple of months ago with no prior warning that there’s now temporary courts. The courts are clearly subpar and no way near as good as the old ones. There was about 50% less bounce and it really affects the play. I raised this with their customer service and was pretty much gaslit with them describing the courts “weren't temporary” and were “the same as previous ones” this clearly isn’t true and the recent reviews reflect that. We had played there many times last summer and was always pleased with everything. Such a shame to be misled and receive such bad customer service.

I booked a coaching session for my friend, but the coach, Tony, said she wasn’t at the required level, even though the app shows a level range from 0 to 7. While he communicated this respectfully, it wasn’t a great experience overall. I contacted the coach via WhatsApp and we agreed on a refund. However, when I checked with my bank, they informed me that no refund had been issued. I ended up having to provide proof and request the refund through my bank myself. Overall, it was a disappointing and poor experience
