Arrived to play after booking on the Playtomic app and it was closed - contact number not answered and when the person eventually showed up we were already assisted by the security guard from the coffee shop. The manager contacted us after the fact and was very professional - super unfortunate first interaction.

Worst service experiencd in Pietermaritzburg. Arrived at 19.35 and they claimed all food service was closed. Why list closing time as 8pm??
