Only been to gym, but it’s actually great with following equipment - 4 squat / deadlift platforms - DBs up to 60kg - 1 half decent combo rack for bench (a little low) + another standard bench - big open area with sled track + resistance bands, balls etc - quite a big array of machines over 2 areas - ridiculous amount of cardio machines + some not so common cardio machines Cons - Olympic bars are all pretty trash, there is a lot of them at least. Would be unreal if there were 1 or 2 good power bars. - random assortment of weight plates, but doesn’t actually change how heavy they are! There are number of Paralympic bench presses and a number of people who train there on them, pretty cool! Tags: powerlifting, strength training, bench press, squat rack, power bar, weightlifting.

Hi my partner goes to your gym and I’d say at least on 10 occasions I’ve been sat down in your reception area and I find that the receptionist are never saying hello or bye to gym guest ? Most on the time it’s the older lady a think she is a manager on the desk , she has short blond hair and has glasses around 50 years old ext just from an outsider it comes across very rude to be honest … some occasions there are a few staff members all sat on the reception just chatting and when guest come in they just look like they are being interrupted still never saying hello , it’s just common Curtsy to great & say bye to your guests & gym members

Good spacious gym with lots of squat racks. Cons - opening times 8-5 on weekends? Paying £10 for gym classes surely this could be included in price?
