I share some of the bad reviews the more recent people have given. No working aircon (according to staff it's been almost a year???) makes the idea of buying a "Day pass" ridiculous as you can't stay in there for more than 1 hour due to the heat. I didn't even jump and I was sweating. Bathrooms are horrible, broken soap dispensers. No socks and smelly foam pit. Truly unhygienic. Sadly this place was great once but management and owners just don't seem to care. It will be gone soon...

Really disappointed with this place. It is absolutely not worth the money. The entire venue feels neglected and gives off a strong “we don’t care” attitude — the focus seems to be on taking your money rather than providing a decent experience. At the entrance, staff did not bother to sign each child in individually or have us complete any indemnity forms, which are standard and expected at places like this. No socks were provided, and many people were walking around barefoot, which is extremely unhygienic. The foam pits smelled strongly of sweat and vomit, the smaller kids’ area smelled of urine, and the bathrooms had the same unpleasant odor. The air conditioning also appeared not to be working, making the place unbearably hot. Overall, it was a complete waste of money. My daughter had been asking to visit a trampoline park for months, and I kept postponing it because of how expensive these places are. I eventually decided to treat her, my other children, and their cousins — which was not cheap — only to be met with this level of neglect. It’s truly disappointing to see establishments charging premium prices while clearly not caring about hygiene, safety, or customer experience. Please do not waste your money.

1 star is too much at this point. We are frequent visitors of your establishment, monthly over the last 11 years. Since last year the place seems to have gone downhill. Jan we had my youngest daughters birthday there and the place was so hot and humid that my mothet in law passed out from heat. The service was atrocious. (Still waiting for the call back). We have attended 4 more parties there this year with no air conditioning and bad service. The constant promise of the air-conditioning is being "worked on". My middle daughter wants her birthday there in November, but it seems the air conditioning system is STILL NOT WORKING. What is up with this? No one has fun being sweaty and sticky, especially the parents waiting for kids. Im awaiting a call back to let me know if its finally fixed or not. Im hoping i can make my childs wish to have her birthday there come true, alternatively we will have to find a new jump arena to call home.
