Harbour Club Chelsea

Having recently joined, I'm really impressed and it has certainly matched expectations. I used to use the David Lloyd Royal Berkshire and this is a step up in every way. The spa area feels like a real treat and the atmosphere is really calm throughout. Duncan made the joining process really easy, particularly when I decided to add my family. Top marks for responsiveness and communications.

I have recently joined this month and I have loved it. The facilities are amazing (in particular the spa!) and it never feels busy. Zuhra was fantastic in helping me get acquainted with everything and answering all my questions and queries. I have started to do some gym classes and I have really enjoyed the beginners pilates with Dawn, Also a thank you to Philipa (Sorry about the spelling of his name!) who always makes sure I have a lane to swim in. :)

Zuhra is honestly one of the standout people at Chelsea Harbour Club and a huge reason I felt confident joining.She was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question without rushing, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Nothing ever felt salesy or forced — just calm, confident guidance from someone who clearly cares about doing things properly. I was remembered, she followed up thoughtfully and made me feel genuinely valued rather than just another member sign up. That level of care is very rare. Chelsea Harbour Club is lucky to have her — she’s a real asset to the team and a big part of what makes the club feel so welcoming from day one
