I’ve been a member for some time now and want to say what a lovely, family orientated club it is. I also am so impressed with all the friendly staff. With a special mention for the reception staff, especially Kelly who has always been so helpful, friendly and caring.

We recently joined the gym, Megan who showed us around when we were thinking about joining was so friendly and welcoming. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything so well without making us feel under any pressure. She’s a great member of the team! The actual gym itself its great the facilites are amazing and the gym is always clean and tidy.

Last week when visiting David Lloyd Milton Keynes we had a brilliant experience. Upon arrival the reception team (Neil I think) recognised that it was my husband's birthday and gave him a special card to recognise this in the clubroom. The clubroom assistant (Ben) then did a brilliant job of making a hot drink to his liking. His customer service was outstanding and overall the experience made my husband day. Thank you!
