I absolutely love David Lloyd Trafford 🫶 Since joining, I’ve found myself coming back almost every day — there’s just so much to do here. From group and personal training sessions to learning completely new sports like padel and tennis, everything is incredibly well organised and easy to access. It’s so convenient to have one place where sport, movement, and wellbeing are all at such a high level. The pool and spa area deserve a special mention — it’s a true reset button. Warm pools and jacuzzis, hammam, sauna, and cold plunge pools… you genuinely feel reborn after spending time there. I’d also love to mention Alexa, who supported me from the very first day of joining 🫶 She has been incredibly professional, friendly, and supportive, always helping to sort things out quickly and effortlessly. That kind of care really makes a difference. Highly recommend this club to anyone looking for an active lifestyle combined with proper rest and recovery.

I had a really lovely experience at the club and spa. The place felt really clean, relaxing and welcoming, and the facilities were great. Sohnia in the spa was very polite, friendly and really helpful. She showed me around and explained all the experience rooms which was really nice and made everything easy to understand. She took her time and made me feel really welcome. You can tell she cares about making sure people have a good experience and nothing felt like too much trouble. I also really enjoyed the hydro pool, it was lovely to relax and unwind. The whole spa area had a really calm atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it. 😊

I have been a member at David Lloyd for 6 months now and I have had nothing but positive experiences at this gym. The front of house staff are very friendly and approachable. Imogen was particularly helpful to me when I left my headphones. Nothing was too much trouble for her in helping me locate them. The instructors of the classes are amazing. They have a great variety of yoga classes at this gym which was my main reason for joining. Jo, Mark, Tim, Karl & Will all bring something different to every class and my love for a yoga has grown since joining David Lloyd. The spa facilities are a real treat and a great way to unwind and destress. Money well spent!
