Terrible experience from start to finish. The receptionist was rude, unhelpful, and couldn’t understand even the simplest question. We asked if the venue provides padel balls, and she didn’t understand what we were asking. On top of that, she had a clear attitude problem. She eventually told us the price of the balls, which was already overpriced. Ten minutes later, when we realised the venue does not supply balls and we had no option but to go back and buy them, but suddenly the price had increased. It genuinely felt like we were being cheated. The court itself was awful. There were multiple dead spots where the ball simply didn’t bounce, making it impossible to play properly. To make things worse, the court lights were not switched on at night, We had to figure out ourselves how to turn them on with no assistance from staff. I will never go back. This venue gives padel a bad name, Avoid this place

Had the worst experience of my life at City Club Hotel. From the staffs to the manager all lack skills. The day I had checked in, there was a power cut and we were left without electricity for more than 24 hours. The rooms are not cleaned well. The towels are changed after 3 days. The manager is not collaborative at all, she even refused to speak to us face to face and closed the door on our face when we went to meet her. I planned to stay for 5 days and had to check out the next day itself. Someone called Mr John (supposedly a manager) and one of the receptionist had been very arrogant. If there is any issue, they just avoid. I do not recommend City Club at all.

Court okay, but venue not great. Receptioniat at hotel was dismissive and we had to find out own way with very little signage. Nobody at the Padel court to provide our rackets. We asked some players and they said to go back inside and we found the rackets at reception. It's like nobody cares about customer service anymore....obviously they're killing it so don't need basic service provision....
