Very nice squash courts, and a great setting for The Cambridgeshire Closed County Squash Championships. My only dislike, was the lack of a decent staggered viewing area. There wasn't many spectators, but the few there were, had a job to all fit behind the finals court because the viewing area was only 1 step high.

Great gym. Had membership here on-and-off between 2018 and 2025. Reasonable prices, spacious, and great facilities. You won't find better in Cambridge unless paying 2-3x the price, and it is much better than the offerings here in London. Relatively uncrowded, large amounts of room, new equipment. Some reviewers complain about the changing rooms but I found them to be good - much better than I'm used to elsewhere. As others have said, a swimming pool (or, IMHO, a sauna) would make this absolutely top-class, up there with David Lloyd and others. Beyond that, it wins in all areas. To top it off, it's a pleasant cycle ride to reach.

I wish I could do half stars. It’s really a 4.5 star review. A half star off because while the hours are generous, access when unmanned would be amazing. I also (personally) would prefer the techno gym spin style bikes instead of the upright stationary bikes. Overall a really lovely gym! Lots of equipment - tread, rowers, recumbent bike, stationary bikes, high resistance wattbikes - a room of squat racks and lots of weight machines and dumbbells in the cardio room.
