I don’t write reviews often, but when I do, it’s either to recognize exceptional service or to call out truly unacceptable behavior — and unfortunately, this experience falls into the latter category. We initially encountered some issues during the booking process for my team (from my side due to staff issues), but the real disappointment came when we needed to cancel and reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. Instead of being met with understanding or professionalism, my staff member was subjected to shockingly rude and unprofessional conduct from this establishment. It’s one thing to have booking challenges — it happens. But to respond with hostility and blatant disrespect toward paying customers is completely unacceptable! If you ever need to reschedule or adjust your plans here, beware of (I will respect this person and not mention the name here!)— you may not be treated with the courtesy or professionalism you’d reasonably expect!! I will never book here nor will I use this venue for any of my international client events!

Awesome spot to play panel tennis. But we did have some payment and booking issues when we did go to play.
